I always recommend that my clients be present during the inspection if possible. I look at my job not only to report on defects but to educate my client, and that means most of the time I’m being watched as I work. At a recent home inspection,  I was performing my crawlspace inspection and came across someone watching me! Must say it startled me for a second but then found it amusing! You just never know who is watching!
