Did you know that some inspectors send someone other than a licensed inspector to go into the crawlspace to view with a camera? Termites can cause tremendous damage, in these photos serious damage has been caused and structural issues exist. Home Inspections is NOT the same thing as a Termite/Pest Inspections and far as locally NO Home Inspector is a licensed pest inspection company and we NEVER refer someone that also does repair work on the damage they find. Conflict of interest is also another reason you need to be careful on who does what.
