Recently at a home inspection on the front porch of a very nice home, I noticed a hole at the top of the porch column. This was caused by a woodpecker and the hole was like perfectly round.

It is amazing how something like that takes place but as amazing as that is the client would not be so amazed. Issues like this can easily be corrected BEFORE a house goes for sale and red flags can be eliminated.

If your thinking about selling and putting your house on the market think about having a “PRE-Listing Inspection”. Whatever you can do to prepare the selling your home it is always a good and smart thing to do.
