Many people think that just because your having a new house built you don’t need a home inspection. Well that could be further from the truth.

Building officials will not spend the time like we do inspecting your property and in turn a lot of issues may not be detected.

Here is an example of a newly constructed house where we performed an 11th warranty inspection and found expensive repairs were needed. The wall sheathing was not nailed and therefore the sheathing was causing issues with the siding when we did the inspection.
