During the inspection today was told that the roof had new shingles and so should not have any problems. Installation is key to anything and especially new shingles.

Here is an example of over driven nails used by a pneumatic nailer.  Every area had the same problem and the nails were not sealed. 

If you have had a new roof installed you might think about having it inspected or find yourself wishing later you did.
